Here are answers to the questions we are most commonly asked:
We only sell produce that has been organically grown. We are inspected annually by the Soil Association and our suppliers organic certification certificates are available on file for inspection, if required. All batch numbers are declared on invoices to allow complete traceability.
Two things.
Firstly, we are dedicated to the supply to Organic Box Schemes, independent retailers and green grocers, caterers, processors, events, festivals, spas, and other independent wholesalers. We do not supply produce to supermarkets.
Secondly, we prioritise customer care. We make every reasonable effort to contact and advise customers when there is any problem with the produce ordered from us.
You are very welcome to collect from our Depot and we are always happy to see our customers. If you prefer to have orders delivered, we can arrange for delivery either in our own refrigerated lorries or via a third party haulier. Please note that our prices are ex-depot and that we charge for transport. Please contact us for a quote.

We have many farmers and growers, both local to us in the Midlands and elsewhere in the U.K. who grow a wide range of seasonal produce. However, there are many lines, especially fruit and out-of-season vegetables that cannot be grown in this country. We have developed links with overseas producers and traders to ensure that we can offer a wide range of produce throughout the year.
We have produced a crop calendar as a guide to crop availability.
Yes, probably. We will obviously remain loyal to those who currently supply us, but we are always looking for additional, reliable, certified organic suppliers for many lines. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
